With such a simple uncluttered interface I won't think many people who generally manage more than few sites would need for any support. I don't know how I came to know about name.com but I am really thankful that I almost started my web-designing career with them. We generally go through lots of different registrar/reseller interfaces for our client's sites but till now I am yet to find an interface which is simpler than name.com . And I haven't done much extensive pricing comparison but I have stopped doing it because I am more than happy with name.com . I wish them great success.

[...] We had a lot of fun, and soon went way beyond the contest to talk about what we thought was really important.. conversations, relationships, happiness.
I work from home and I've found its very easy to become a live in, work in recluse. Being in your comfort zone 24hours tends to make you lazy so the need to introduce small changes to routines is a GOOD thing.

Helps keep you sane and socially healthy. Something I've found I'm seriously lacking since working from home, my social interactive skills are seriously lacking. So I've overhauled my daily routines dramatically and its paid off.

but yeah...keep up the tips and great post!

Good post April! Opportunity is always present - it is up to us to recognize and captialize! I haven't always recognized something as an opportunity - seems I kind of stumble through, go with it because it feels right and then realize afterwards "wow" how did this just drop in my lap. I have also felt the "not rights" in my gut and passed on something that maybe would have worked out - but I don't think so, the regret was never there.

Thanks April - love this post; you've nailed it. (especially when most of the 13,000 followers are probably spammers anyway....) I advise newbies you don't have to follow everyone who follows you on Twitter - be choosey - and don't get hung up on your number of followers - it makes the whole twitter experience much more meaningful.
cheers

You are absolutely right that the question, "Who is your target market?" should be asked at the start of the business formation. If we don't know where we're going, how can we possibly get there? Defining a target market is like defining the road map for the business.

It's important to remember that we can't be all things to all people, and by defining a target market, we are also deciding on who not to pursue as customers. This does not mean that we don't value their business, or that we can't change our mind later. But we must focus our efforts where we think we will have the most success.
