		<description>Good post April! Opportunity is always present - it is up to us to recognize and captialize! I haven&#039;t always recognized something as an opportunity - seems I kind of stumble through, go with it because it feels right and then realize afterwards &quot;wow&quot; how did this just drop in my lap. I have also felt the &quot;not rights&quot; in my gut and passed on something that maybe would have worked out - but I don&#039;t think so, the regret was never there.</description>
